A reasonable, tiered rental rate will be agreed upon, providing planning security for everyone. The apartment will not be offered for short-term rentals. The minimum rental period is 12 months, meaning the tenancy agreement can only be terminated after one year. Utility costs, including heating, are billed annually. You will pay a monthly advance payment of EUR 175,- for utilities, which will then be reconciled. In addition to the monthly base rent and utility advance payments, a security deposit of 3 months' base rent (EUR 1,440,-) will be charged. The security deposit should be paid in full via bank transfer to the landlord before or at the start of the tenancy and upon receiving the keys.
