The purchase price of €195,500 refers to a non-binding guideline price for a prefabricated house according to EH 55 (according to GEG) with standard fittings, standard windows, and underfloor heating, without interior fittings, without a solar system, and with a plot size of approximately 300 square meters in the location described above.
