The apartment building has a manageable number of units, was built in 1995, and is also very well-maintained, with a very friendly and quiet neighborhood.
The skylights have been retrofitted with shutters, and all other windows, including the terrace door, are also equipped with shutters.

Due to its size, the small room is suitable as a dressing room/storage room, but a small office would also be possible.
