Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures of the apartment yet, except for the renovated bathroom. We believe you will feel comfortable here. The modern bathroom, with a shower and connection for a washing machine, was completely renovated in the summer of 2024. The cozy kitchen seems to be bathed in morning sunlight on the breakfast table. Fiber optic connection can be installed upon request. Rental conditions:

• The nearest subway station is only 300 meters away and is served by line U35, which runs every 5-10 minutes and connects the city center of Herne with the Ruhr University.
• For drivers, the entrances to the A40 (200 meters away) and A43 (2 km away) motorways are easily accessible.
