€495 base rent, next increase in January 2027 by €15, then increases of €19-€32 every 2 years.
- What renovation measures are still pending or planned for the near future? Also, what was decided in the most recent general meeting (ETV)? The following renovations were approved: repair of the canopies at the entrances, improvement of the pathway to the building entrances, and renovation of a balcony. However, the buildings are in good structural condition, and the major renovation in 1995 has resulted in good energy consumption values.
- Is there any dampness in the building, perhaps with signs of mold? I am not aware of any such issues.
- Would a viewing be possible? Yes, if there is serious interest and proof of appropriate financial standing is provided beforehand.
- When was the energy performance certificate issued, and what is the energy efficiency class of the building? The energy performance certificate is from 2026 and the building is in energy efficiency class D.
- Is there a private land plot included? Yes, there is a 3169 square meter private land plot.
- Are there any special levies? Currently, no special levies have been approved by the homeowners association.
