These offer acoustically shielded spaces for confidential conversations, quick meetings, or focused work, without sacrificing the openness of the overall structure. The transparent elements create a modern aesthetic and provide clear sightlines. The space includes two balconies that complement the commercial area with attractive outdoor spaces. For the comfort of employees, a kitchenette of approximately 8.5 m² is planned. The restroom areas, with a total area of approximately 16.2 m², meet modern requirements for a contemporary office infrastructure. Optionally, a shower facility (approximately 3.15 m²) can be integrated, providing an added benefit, particularly for employees who commute by bicycle or for companies with a sporty team culture, and further emphasizes the modern character of the space. The centrally located hallway provides clear pathways and pleasant internal access to the unit. The layout presented is a conceptual proposal for the interior structure and can be individually adapted within the framework of the technical constraints.
