4. A washing machine, dryer, and drying room are available.
5. A cellar.
Location
The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location in the heart of Mainz, next to the Gutenberg Museum. All essential shops, the university, and public transportation are within a few minutes' walk.
We are looking for friendly and easygoing tenants who enjoy living in a central location and appreciate the sense of community in a shared apartment. Since we are just starting out in this apartment with the shared living arrangement, you are welcome to bring your girlfriend or boyfriend to share the second room.
You can safely store your bicycle on the private property.
