Starting March 1st, a lovely room will be available in our well-designed ground-floor apartment in Stuttgart-Kaltental (Engelboldstraße). Your Space: The room is approximately 16 m² and is already fully furnished – so you can move in comfortably with just your suitcase. Amenities: The apartment features a modern fitted kitchen (EBK) that provides everything you need for daily life. The bathroom has natural light and is equipped with a washing machine, which is shared. Extras: A real highlight is the shared garden – perfect for a morning coffee or to relax after work. Your bicycle will have a safe space in the private basement room. Shared Living:
We are not a party-oriented shared apartment; we value a relaxed and respectful environment where everyone can also find peace and quiet. Currently living here are:
Johnny (mid-20s): Works as a caregiver. Viktoria (mid-20s): Works in counseling. Since both are employed, there is a pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the apartment. We are looking for someone who is also settled in life and appreciates a harmonious living environment. Costs & Conditions:
We make it easy for you: There is a fixed monthly rent that includes everything. No need to worry about internet contracts or electricity bills. Monthly fixed rent: €545 (including internet, electricity, water, heating, and all other utilities).
Security deposit: €1,000
Availability: From March 1st. Minimum rental period: 6 months.
