The shared apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the left side, facing the front of the building. Description of the shared apartment:
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious, open-plan hallway. Directly to the right, there is a coat rack with ample space for jackets, shoes, and everyday items. To the left is the first shared room. Opposite is a separate guest toilet – a clear advantage in shared living and when visitors are present. Continuing down the hallway on the left is the second shared room. Opposite is the large bathroom with a shower and a multi-functional washer-dryer. At the end of the hallway, the door opens to the heart of the apartment. Upon entering the communal living space, you'll find the open-plan kitchen on the left, complete with all the necessary appliances. It features a cozy standing area, perfect for cooking, eating, or relaxing together. A green room divider creates a natural separation from the living area, which is incredibly comfortable with its sofa, rug, side table, and TV corner.
