The barn and former pigsty are also included, making them ideal for storing vehicles, caravans, tractors, and as a hobby workshop. The rooms in the house are all roughly the same size. The kitchen is located in the center and has a view of and access to the courtyard. There is a large heating and laundry room, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub – perfect as a "utility bathroom" or for bathing dogs. The courtyard is beautifully green in the warmer months and can be further enhanced with additional raised beds. The interior of the house is relatively level, making it suitable for older people. There is a storage room/pantry in the house, as well as a small "root cellar." The bathroom with the large shower was renovated a few years ago. The gas heating system was replaced in 2023. There is also the possibility of installing a wood-burning stove, which can heat at least half of the house when the doors are open, which is very pleasant in winter. There is ample space for storing wood. Dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are well-behaved. The built-in kitchen with dishwasher can be included. Fiber optic internet is available.
