The building has an energy rating of B, meaning it is a very energy-efficient building with low heating costs. The apartment is fully furnished as shown in the photos – nothing will be removed or stored.
Kitchen: Appliances include an AEG washing machine, an Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, an electric oven/gas hob, and the option to install a dishwasher. There is also a separate boiler for heating water and central heating, with usage based on your consumption. The windows are plastic with blinds.
