Four comfortably furnished rooms are waiting for new flatmates in our lovely 4-person shared flat. All rooms are furnished - bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp, curtains - all you have to do is bring your suitcases and you can start living straight away.

The entire apartment has approx. 76 m2, spread over five rooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and, of course, a place for shared moments. In our oriental chill area, you not only have space to sit, but also a full HD projector for movie nights, series marathons or relaxed evenings. :)

Here you live centrally and yet pleasantly quiet. The streetcar is literally on the doorstep (1 minute walk) - five stops and you are right in the center.

Directly opposite is the bakery with fresh rolls in the morning, shopping facilities are just around the corner, and if you're in the mood for nature, you can be in the countryside in just a few minutes. Parks, cycle paths and the Wertach - all within easy reach. And for warm summer evenings: There are more than enough beer gardens in the area.
