The apartment is in a solid condition but needs renovation with some DIY skills. Our deal: We pay, you renovate! Instead of a fully renovated apartment, we offer you the following:

• Rent-free period: You won't pay rent for a period of 3 months, so you can focus entirely on the renovation.
• Materials included: We will cover the costs of the necessary building materials (flooring, tiles, wallpaper, paint, etc.) after prior agreement.

Your tasks:
• Wallpapering and painting the walls
• Installing new flooring (laminate/vinyl/tiles)
• Electrical work (after further agreement)
