In our modern building in Markt Schwaben with a direct S-Bahn connection to Munich, we offer fully furnished and modern apartments. The energy-efficient building was built in 2015 and consists of 1-bedroom apartments with living spaces between 16 and 26 m² on three floors. Many apartments are south-facing and some have a conservatory.

Each apartment has modern and functionally equipped basic furnishings. These include a private bathroom with shower, a kitchenette including stove, microwave and fridge as well as complete furnishings consisting of a closet, desk and bed. The apartment is thus ideally prepared for immediate occupancy - all the important elements for comfortable living are already in place.

All our apartments include an internet connection and are rented including heating, electricity, water, waste and janitor. This means that all essential ancillary costs are included in the warm rent and no additional contracts or separate registrations with energy or internet providers are required (exceptions: cable TV and GEZ).

Several washing machines and dryers are available in the separate laundry room.

Several parking spaces are available in front of the house free of charge. There are also sufficient spaces for bicycles.

The house is centrally located in the municipality of Markt Schwaben, which is only 14 minutes away from Munich via the S-Bahn, which is within walking distance. Markt Schwaben itself has a well-developed infrastructure of restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, fitness studios and numerous leisure attractions such as the Erding thermal baths (approx. 15 minutes by car) in the immediate vicinity.
The hall of residence is located directly at the S-Bahn station, via which you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof (Werksviertel) in 14 minutes by train or in 20 minutes by S-Bahn and Munich main station in 25 minutes.
