The Paunsdorfcenter is 5 minutes away by car. Various nearby shopping facilities as well as schools and service providers are available in the residential area.
The house is located in a quiet side street with loose development (mainly single-family houses) adjacent to allotment gardens.
If you follow the street to the end, it is only a 3-minute walk to Stünzer Park, which seems to be a world of its own in its originality and tranquillity. Spacious with a pond, birdsong and the rustling of leaves, it is far away from the noise of the city. A real gem.
