The attic is lowered and accessible via a normal staircase. The house has a new fitted kitchen. Two parking spaces at the house are included in the rent, preparation for a wallbox is also available. The small garden is still being fully landscaped, the terrace has already been built, the side privacy screen and the small green area are still missing.
There is plenty of storage space available. You will also benefit from one of the latest energy standards, which will make a noticeable contribution to reducing heating costs - a great advantage, especially in today's world. As private owners, we are very busy with children, jobs and our own everyday lives and are therefore looking for a trusting, uncomplicated, long-term tenancy. Families with children are very welcome.
