The apartment is located on a corridor with two other rooms - a total of three residents share a bathroom with shower and a separate WC (cleaning service included 2x/week). It is possible to go directly from the hallway to the adjoining terrace. The total living space with the proportionate communal area is 30 square meters.

The room can be handed over as desired: fully furnished, empty or with new furniture by arrangement

This makes it ideal for students or trainees looking for a flexible solution.

A regular cleaning service takes care of cleaning the communal areas as well as the bathrooms and toilets (not the room) - this ensures that living comfort is maintained in the long term without additional expense.

A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines is available in the basement.

The deposit can be paid as a traditional cash deposit. Alternatively, rental deposit insurance or a guarantee is also possible.

The quiet location in Dossenheim with good connections to Heidelberg and Mannheim makes the room particularly attractive for students and commuters.
