Apartment for rent, 2 rooms and a kitchen, 56 square meters.

I am offering a cozy 2-room apartment (2+kk) for rent, with a total area of 56 m² plus a 18 m² terrace, located in a brand new building. The apartment is on the first floor, on the quiet side of the street. It is partially furnished. Everything is brand new and unused: kitchen (built-in electric oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator), bathroom (washing machine with dryer), bedroom (IKEA bed without mattress, IKEA bedside tables, custom-made wardrobe), living room (extendable table for 6 people, IKEA TV stand, extendable sofa LEONIE - mobilix). Heating is provided by the building itself and controlled by radiators, and an electric air filtration system (heat recovery) is available for all rooms. Remote-controlled blinds are included. Access to the spacious terrace is possible from both rooms. The apartment includes a dedicated parking space in the outdoor parking area, behind a gate. High-speed internet is available in the building. In the basement, there is a lockable storage space (cellar) of approximately 3 m². Utility costs will be transferred to the tenant (a deposit of 1000 CZK/month for electricity, and administrative costs for the building of approximately 4900 CZK/month). The apartment is available from September 1st. A long-term lease is preferred. The minimum lease duration is one year. I speak English and Spanish. Communication in Czech might be a bit challenging. As the apartment is new, I prefer guests who do not have pets and absolutely prohibit smoking. I am the owner, so there are no agency fees. I am not interested in renting through Airbnb. The apartment also includes a spacious terrace of 18 square meters, perfect for relaxing outdoors or socializing with friends. Parking is available within the complex, which is another advantage of this apartment. Overall, this is an ideal option for individuals or couples looking for modern and functional accommodation without roommates.
