There are 3 different room sizes to choose from:

Room number 1: approx. 20 m2 --> 675 Euro all inclusive (1500 Euro deposit)
Room number 2: approx. 11 m2 --> 500 Euro all inclusive (1000 Euro deposit)
Room number 3-5: approx. 17 m2 --> 625 Euro all inclusive (1250 Euro deposit)

Included: heating, electricity and internet

Room 1, 3, 4, 5 will be furnished with: Bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk + chair (see sample furniture)
Room 2 will be furnished with: Bed, wardrobe, desk + chair (see sample furniture)

The apartment has 2 bathrooms. Including an oasis of well-being. 1 shower and 2 bathtubs for bubble baths. No queue in front of the bathroom ;-)

Washing machine and dryer included

There is a kitchen with stove, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Feel good, cook, come home, chill out together.

A staircase leads from the apartment to a large attic (approx. 60m2). This is not developed and is not part of the living area, but is suitable for storing things there if necessary.

Cellar room for bicycles available.

A fully equipped kitchen is being installed, including a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination.
A place to feel at home, cook together, unwind, and chill.

From the apartment, a staircase leads to a large attic (approx. 60 m2).
It is not converted and not part of the living space, but can be used for storage if needed.

A basement storage room for bicycles is available.
