From the lobby, you can access the apartment on the 1st floor of the 2-story building, which offers approximately 48 m² of living space. Two rooms provide ideal conditions for singles, couples, or families. The living room has access to a south-facing balcony with views of the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub. Personal use is possible at any time. However, permanent residency is not permitted. In November: This month is exclusively reserved for owners, as the complex is closed to guests during this period and regular renovation and maintenance work takes place. A permanent rental arrangement through the current rental pool is possible: The management company handles the organization, rental, and guest services. Owners receive the income and any surplus from the rental business. However, this is not mandatory but optional. **** Alternatively, you can hire someone to manage the property. Distance to the train station Oberaudorf on foot approx. 10 min.
From there there is a regular train directly to Munich main station in approx. 1 hour, or to Innsbruck in 35 min.
Shopping possible on foot - distance approx. 15 min.
Lots of restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The Hocheck is also within walking distance with its snow-sure slope, the Oberausdorfer Flieger, toboggan run, 4-seater chairlift and summer toboggan run.
You can do almost everything in terms of sports except deep diving and surfing ;-)

The outdoor area also invites you to relax and unwind. A special highlight is the spacious garden with garden loungers for use. The apartment also has an underground parking space on the property (included in the price).
