The apartment has a fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, 1 bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom has daylight and enough space for the washing machine and dryer. The living/dining room is nicely laid out and has a terrace with a garden area. The garden is on the south side and the terrace is covered. 1 guest WC is available. 1 room can be used as an office or guest room. The front door opens electrically and there is an elevator that takes you easily to the basement. There is a room in the basement for celebrating together. And there is a guest room in the basement for overnight stays when larger parties are planned.
