There is also a laundry room that can be shared.
The large garden can also be used.
An own bed, vegetable garden etc. are possible.
Cellar room, parking space or garage possible, pets by arrangement.
It is conceivable to do car sharing.

On the garden floor there is the possibility to rent 1-2 rooms and 1 WC
extra (in total 40 square meters), inexpensive, because only partially developed.
