we are renting out two newly built semi-detached houses (approx. 129 sqm) KfW 40 in 25866 Mildstedt from April 01, 2026. The house has a modern fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and an air heat pump. Each half of the house has a sunny terrace, garden area (approx. 400 sqm) and a walk-in attic. A carport with storage room and a parking space are optionally available. The garden is landscaped.

The nearest public transport stop is approx. 200m away. Mildstedt has a well-developed community and club system and is considered an extremely attractive place to live beyond the region.
Most of the central facilities of the district town of Husum (e.g. swimming pool) are also within easy reach (approx. 15 minutes by bike). Bathing and surfing spots on the North Sea can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car and approx. 30 minutes by bike. Mildstedt is centrally located between Sankt-Peter-Ording and Sylt as well as the North Frisian Islands and is an ideal starting point for day trips to these places. The Husum train station is also about 10 minutes by bike from the house.
