The house was built in 1996. It was individually designed with stylistic elements of anthroposophical architecture, and stands out with its unique and modern appearance. A beautifully designed double-leaf entrance door leads to the ground floor, where you have access to a self-contained apartment with two rooms, another guest room, a large laundry room, a cellar room, a boiler room, and a passage to the garage. A curved staircase leads to the first floor and the living area. From an octagonal hallway, you can access all the rooms on this floor. The comfortable, light-filled living room has direct access to a south-facing terrace through large terrace doors, and another glazed double-leaf door leads to another terrace, creating a feeling of being surrounded by trees and flowers, as if you were in nature. The living room is open to a gallery. At the back of the living room is the kitchen. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the spacious 35 square meter gallery in the attic, which offers beautiful views and is suitable as a family or party room, or it can be converted into one or two additional bedrooms. From there, you can also access a bedroom and the large bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Both the bathroom and the bedroom have access to an inviting balcony, filling both rooms with light and air. Adjacent to the bedroom is a smaller room that can be used as a children's room or dressing room. The house has a total of 8 rooms of varying sizes. Each floor has a bathroom. The footprint of the house is approximately 180 square meters. The house is situated on a plot of land of approximately 780 square meters, which slopes slightly. The garden is integrated into the hillside and surrounded by shrubs and trees, providing complete privacy from the road, which is extremely quiet even for residents. Due to the large number of trees in the residential area, you get the feeling of living directly in nature.

The S-Bahn station in Wildau is just a short walk from the house, and the A10 ring road can be accessed in approximately 5 minutes.
Wildau is a modern town that has developed very favorably in recent years.
It boasts a technical university, other educational institutions, primary and secondary schools, as well as private schools, such as the Waldorf school located 1 km away. There's also a swimming pool with a sauna, a sports center, kindergartens, and a health center.
