We are selling a restaurant/cafe with 2 very large vacation apartments in Hahnenklee, which was in operation until recently. The restaurant/cafe can easily be run as a hostel, hostel plus, bar or as a pure vacation home with several vacation apartments. There are 4 full bathrooms on the two upper floors, so the house can easily be rented out as a group house for up to 25 people.
For years there have been far too few restaurants in Hahnenklee, some of the existing restaurants have to turn away up to 150 guests a day and put them off until another day. Without table reservations, it is difficult to spontaneously get a table in a restaurant in Hahnenklee. Up to now, the owners and their families and employees have lived in the large building. On the 2nd floor there is 1 great large bathroom, a guest toilet and a kitchen as well as 4 rooms for bedrooms. One of these rooms is large enough to accommodate 3 bunk beds, i.e. for 6 people. This means that the 2nd floor could easily accommodate 12 people.

This would give the property 26 beds. The large catering kitchen, the large dining room, the freezers, the beer dispenser, etc. on the ground floor are ideal for a large group to have a good time. The entire top floor could be set up as a lounge or play corner for the children at a reasonable price.

In Zorge in the eastern Harz mountains, a place with absolutely no infrastructure, there is a group house for 20 people. This old group house is very poorly equipped with old furniture and old bathrooms and is also looked after by our caretaker. Even this group house in a poor location with poor facilities has a very high occupancy rate.
