10587 Berlin (Charlottenburg)I am selling my very bright and high-quality modernized 1-room apartment (35.7 m²) on the mezzanine floor of a well-kept house in Charlottenburg, which I have enjoyed using as a second professional retreat in recent years and which is in a ready-to-move-in condition as I am changing my place of residence for work.
Large windows provide exceptionally good lighting conditions, and the living and sleeping areas face the quiet and green inner courtyard to the rear.
