Location

The bus stop for lines 191 and can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot. The subway line 2 can be reached by bus in about 5 minutes (stop Joachim-Mähl-Straße). Alternatively, the subway station Niendorf Nord can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. A bus stop for bus 24 is also just a few minutes away.
There is a bakery, a supermarket, a kindergarten, an elementary school and several restaurants within walking distance. There is also a playground just a few meters from the apartment.
The airport can be reached from the apartment by bus in approx. 20 minutes and by car in 10-15 minutes. Despite its proximity to the airport, the apartment is not in the flight path. This means you can enjoy the evening sun on the west-facing balcony in peace.
From the apartment you are also quickly in the countryside. There are several parks and recreational areas in the immediate vicinity.
