We are a colorful mixed group of different ages and would like to welcome you.
Your future room is 18 square meters in size and the high ceilings make the room feel particularly spacious and bright. The view from your room lets you look directly into the greenery. When everything is not in bloom, you can even look out over the water, as the River Oker flows directly alongside the property.
The house is spread over 4 floors, with the living areas on the top two floors. There are 9 large rooms and a spacious eat-in kitchen, which has just been completely modernized. All technical kitchen appliances, new dishwasher, new induction stoves, incl. hot air fryer, rice stove, filter coffee machine and fully automatic machine are there. Normal kitchen equipment such as plates, cutlery etc. is also available, so you don't have to take anything with you or buy anything new.

Your room has a 140cm bed, as well as a desk and closet. The rent for the room is € 260 and all costs such as electricity, water, heating and internet are already included.

The university can be reached from the shared flat in <5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop <1 min away. From there you have a good connection to the train station or the city center. In addition, Rewe, Edeka and Aldi are just a few minutes' walk away, so daily shopping can be done quickly.

Our property is also located directly on the Oker and the Inselwall Park is very close by.
