The entire property is very well maintained.
We (one of us is a building contractor, the other's partner is an architect) bought the whole property about 15 years ago and it was later divided into individual condominiums.
A lot has been done to the house in the last 14 years. The property is close to our hearts, we really appreciate its good condition and are always working to maintain it or have previously worked hard to achieve/bring about this condition.
The residents of the building are friendly and they also appreciate the advantages of this very attractive location and the good condition of this building.
Until 2024, all apartments were occupied by tenants.
The division of the property into individual condominiums (with one land register sheet per apartment) took place in 2024.
In the meantime, some of the co-owners of the newly created community of owners also live in their owner-occupied condominiums (some of which they previously occupied as tenants). The house really offers the opportunity to feel very much at home here.
We are now offering a rented apartment for sale.
As we still own several apartments in the building, we could also offer other, mostly smaller apartment sizes, if the size offered here does not suit you.

Please note that some of the photos were taken in the very similar apartment above. Here, however, the access to the balcony is from another room, otherwise the apartments have the same layout.
The staircase was renovated in 2024.
The steps and landings were covered with classic sisal.
The apartment is currently rented out.
Conversion of the apartment into a 5-room apartment is easily possible. It would then be possible to use part of the large side wing room (at the opening to the large living room) as a kitchen.
The remaining part of the room in the side wing could still be used as a spacious bedroom or children's room, for example.
Location
The property is located in a very attractive and extremely popular residential area and this apartment is on the 1st floor of the building.
Three rooms are south-facing.
