The house is managed by a very established property management company from Frankfurt, who are absolute professionals for such large properties: Easily accessible, online customer portal, everything your heart desires. What's more, there's a janitor in the building who is very helpful when something needs to be done in the apartment.
In addition to the EUR 175 house fee, there are EUR 87 heating costs (each owner has their own contract with Mainova). This means that the house fee is more like EUR 262, of which EUR 95 is not apportionable (management fees, reserves, etc.).
Overall a very good property. Bus stop right around the corner, elevator in the building, Tegut right next door.
