Gröbenzell is very easy to reach by car via the A8, A96 and A99 highways (each about 10 minutes away). We can also offer double parking spaces directly in front of the building.

Gröbenzell offers the perfect mix of urban proximity and natural recreation. There are all shopping facilities for daily needs (supermarkets, bakeries or organic food stores) in Gröbenzell or Puchheim. There is also excellent medical care, many restaurants, a cinema and cultural centers ("Stockwerk Kultur", "PUC", Germeringer Stadthalle).
