3-room apartment on the 2nd floor in Neu-Ulm for rent from 01.05.26 (but possibly earlier)

1) Please apply directly to the landlord of the apartment:
If you are interested in the property, please send an application that is as informative as possible by Sunday, 01.02.2026 at the latest.
Please also complete our prospective tenant self-disclosure form with your application. You will find this in the pictures. In addition to your application, your completed prospective tenant form is the basis for concluding a corresponding rental agreement and finding a suitable tenant. We would like to get a picture of you with your application. TIP: The more informative your application for the apartment is, the better.
2) Viewing appointment
We will then select potential tenants from the applicants and invite them to a viewing appointment. This will take place on Monday, 02.02.2026 in the evening. We will inform you of the exact location and time for your viewing appointment by email with the invitation to the viewing. If you are in the shortlist of applicants, we will inform you by email on 02.02.2026 of the exact address and time of your individual viewing.
3) Tenancy agreement
After the viewing appointment, the apartment will be allocated at short notice and the new tenant will be informed of the acceptance.
Please understand that we will only consider applications that are sent to the above email address and that we cannot offer additional viewing appointments, etc. We would like to cause the current tenant only minimal inconvenience with the new tenancy.
