There are a total of 18 one- or two-bedroom apartments in the former hotel, which has been completely renovated and offers up to 55 m² of space. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a double hob, a sink, storage facilities and a fridge. There is also a bathroom in the apartment, including a modern barrier-free shower. A balcony, terrace or roof terrace, which can be conveniently accessed via the living room, offers the option of relaxing in the fresh air. In addition to the laundry room, there are also spacious storage rooms in the basement, which are easily accessible by elevator. The guest room and the adjoining sun terrace can be used to receive visitors or hold joint activities. There are five parking spaces directly in front of the building, which can be equipped with electric charging points. E-cars can be parked and conveniently charged here.

Bevensen has been a town since 1929, and the spa town has been called "Bad" Bevensen since 1976. With the development of the thermal iodine brine healing spring in 1968 and the construction of the spa center, a spa district with hotels, clinics and spa homes was created in the 1970s.
An extensive spa park and pedestrian bridges over the River Ilmenau connect the spa district and the old town. The spa center and spa park are thus the link between the "old" district around the Dreikönigskirche church and pedestrian zone and the "new" Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
