I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment with immediate effect. For me it was the first occupancy.
The apartment is in top condition and is characterized by a very high standard. The floors are laid with high-quality vinyl, there is underfloor heating in all rooms and all windows are floor-to-ceiling. External blinds are fitted in front of all windows to keep the heat out on hot days. The balcony is extremely large, has space for a clothes horse and furniture and is on the east side, so you can have breakfast in the sunshine.
I would like to leave my custom-made fitted kitchen in the apartment and hand it over to the next tenant in return for a compensation payment. The new price was EUR 12,500, it is 5 years old and contains high-quality electrical appliances. Taking over the kitchen at a fair price for both of us is a prerequisite for handing over the apartment (approx. EUR 7,000)
I am happy to leave all the precisely fitting pleated blinds in the apartment as well as some smaller furniture (mirror in the bathroom + hallway), I would also leave the Pax cupboard in the dressing room for a small contribution towards expenses.
A cellar also belongs to the apartment. There is also a bicycle cellar.
The living environment is very pleasant, the roommates are very friendly, it is a nice place to live.
The following is required from the interested party:
- Copy of identity card
- Tenant self-disclosure (form is available)
- Certificate of no rent arrears (will be filled out by the last landlord - form available)
- Proof of earnings (3 current payslips)
- SCHUFA credit check
The documents can only be passed on to the landlord by me, all documents must be complete and we have signed the purchase contract for the kitchen.
My information on the rent refers to the current situation. I cannot say how high the rent will be when the property is re-let.
(I was able to put down my rental deposit as a guarantee/deposit insurance).
