We have a 75 square meter apartment with hall / dining area, kitchen, bathroom with tub and window, bedroom and children's room and balcony for rent. The house has a total of 7 rental apartments and 3 quiet commercial areas (commercial in general). The apartment is located with a second apartment separate from the other neighbors in a quiet house.the apartment is in Hagen - Kabel . You have access to the apartment on the second floor, then you enter the hallway / dining area and from there you can get into the kitchen, bathroom with tub, bedroom living room and the balcony. A bedroom/office will be accessible from the living room. This house was built according to the Bauhaus style from the 20 years with the thought: Lots of light, lots of air. All windows have fixed blinds.

The house offers a cellar per apartment, the laundry room with extra drying room and from 09/26 planned according to Telekom also fiber optic connection.
We have an online reading of the heating as well as the possibility that the tenants can control their heating consumption at any time according to the latest legislation from approx. 06/26
The additional costs are made up of the city's billing figures from 02/26 and the insurance fees for 26 as well as consumption figures from 12/25. The heating is 10 years old and complies with the latest specifications. Annual maintenance is a matter of course for us
