It includes a storage/equipment room that was newly built in 2017. The house is accessible via a short driveway, where there is ample space for three vehicles.
Upon entering the house, you'll find the kitchen on the left. In the morning, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the water and the surrounding meadows while having breakfast. To the right, in the hallway, is the staircase leading to the studio, a spacious room of approximately 24m² with carpeting. It features a comfortable sofa bed and standing headroom. From the studio, you have a breathtaking view of the meadows and the water.
On the ground floor, to the right, is the bedroom, partially paneled (see pictures). Continuing, you enter the living room. Immediately to the right is the door to the bathroom/shower (with no threshold), featuring a small window and a Velux skylight. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and is simply decorated (see pictures). From the living room, you can access the terrace/lawn (with plenty of space for playing), or through the other glass door, you're already at the water's edge (approximately 2 meters away). It's a dream for anglers.
The living room offers a panoramic view directly onto the meadows and the water (referred to as "deep" here). The view cannot be obstructed. It's simply breathtaking!
The house underwent a major renovation in 2017: new roof, new interior walls (newly insulated), new electrical wiring, new radiators, new flooring. The attic (studio) was re-paneled, a new tilting window was installed, new furniture was added, and a new bathroom with underfloor heating was created. A new kitchen was also installed.
In 2023, a new heating system was installed.

Since the house is located on the Dollart, and not directly on the North Sea, we have a pleasantly mild climate here. Very comfortable.
