Beautiful 2-room apartment in the garden city of Kleefeld
Wallmodenstr. 10, 30625 Hannover (Kleefeld) – NiedersachsenWe took over the property at the beginning of 2024 and carried out the energy-efficient refurbishment this year. The outer shell was insulated, the windows were replaced and the heating system was replaced with a heat pump. This is also the reason why no energy certificate is currently available.

The Eilenriede, Hanover's large city forest, borders Kleefeld to the south and is ideal for walks, jogging and cycling. At the same time, it is very well connected to the city: the district is easily accessible by light rail, while bus lines also provide good connections in the surrounding area. Shopping facilities and daycare centers/schools can be found in the district, and Hannover Medical School (MHH) is also nearby - ideal for employees in the medical and scientific fields.
