Lockable room + desks with lake view in the first row on the Seerhein

Space is available on the top floor of our shared office. The office was extensively renovated in 2024. The top floor consists of a large, open space with three desks and a dining/meeting table. There are also two lockable rooms on this floor, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast, stable internet is available. Monitors and keyboards are also available for shared use, subject to availability.

Two desks with lake view are currently available. We also rent out the smaller of the two lockable rooms.

Rental options (net cold/month):
Desk only: 200 €
Room only (small, lockable room): 400 €
Combination room + desk: 550 €

The large attic room is also used as an event space. Smaller formats take place approximately once a week from 6 p.m., occasionally also at weekends. Use is restricted during these time slots. Outside of these times, you are welcome to organize the space yourself.

During breaks, we enjoy walks in nature, and in summer we jump into the clear water right outside our office - the perfect combination of work and life.

First row on the Seerhein - central yet quiet. The top floor is located in the listed Bleiche, directly on the waterfront with an unobstructed view and a short distance from the old town and Petershausen. You will find cafés, bakeries, restaurants and shopping facilities all around - all within easy walking distance.

The lakeside promenade invites you to go for a walk, jog or a quick swim; in summer, the lake is practically on your doorstep. An excellent network of cycle paths runs along the Seerhein. Bus connections nearby, the train station is easily accessible; Switzerland (Kreuzlingen) is also just a few minutes away.

In short: inspiring waterfront location meets infrastructure close to the city - ideal for focused work with a light break in between. Public parking is available in the surrounding area.
