This spacious apartment in an old building is located in a stylish house dating back to 1905, which was extensively renovated in 2005. It is located on the popular Kaßberg and impresses with its bright, friendly atmosphere as well as its spacious and practical floor plan.

The apartment offers 6 well-designed rooms that are ideal for use as bedrooms, studies, children's rooms or living rooms. All rooms can be accessed from the central hallway, making the apartment particularly flexible and family-friendly.

The two bathrooms are modernly tiled and have an outside window, a bathtub, a shower, a suspended WC and a washbasin. The connection for the washing machine is of course available.

The apartment is rented unfurnished. A fitted kitchen is not currently available, but can be installed by arrangement.

Thanks to the large window fronts and high ceilings, the apartment is flooded with light and inviting throughout the day.

The apartment is located very close to the city center, only a 12-minute walk to the city. There are several shopping facilities (EDEKA, Netto, REWE), daycare centers, primary and secondary schools and a variety of restaurants (Emmas Onkel, Winzerstube, Monk, Onkel Franz and many more) right on your doorstep.

Bus stops are a 5-minute walk away (Weststraße with lines 62 and 72 and Barbarossastraße with line 31) and the streetcar can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (Zwickauer Straße/Industriemuseum), the A4 and A72 highways are within easy reach.
