The living/dining/kitchen area, which is open to the roof, forms the heart of the apartment. An integrated book loft, accessible via a ladder, lends the room additional spaciousness and quality of stay. The fitted kitchen (Next125 from Schüller) included in the purchase price blends harmoniously into the overall picture. All Velux roof windows are electrically operated (solar module) and are also equipped with a shading system in the living area.
Claytec designer plaster with aluminum aggregate was used in the living area and Claytec with straw aggregate in the second hallway at the rear. The doors are fitted with elegant designer pilaster strips. In the areas of the removed walls, the parquet flooring was professionally supplemented and adapted by the carpenter.
