The house was originally built in 1970 and was extensively modernized and renovated in 2022/2023. Basically a complete refurbishment.

The new gas condensing boiler with storage tank was installed in 08/2023.
At the same time, we replaced the radiators and had all the water pipes replaced with new copper pipes.

All the old wooden windows were replaced with modern double-glazed plastic windows. The entrance door to the house was replaced, as was the rear entrance door. Wooden roof windows were replaced with plastic windows and extended.

Old thatched ceilings were completely removed and replaced with plasterboard.
