Our aim is to create a supportive and life-affirming environment where you don't have to spend most of your pension on rent, where everyone looks out for each other and you can really enjoy your retirement. This beautiful, bright and freshly renovated apartment in an old building near the historic center of Baden-Baden offers a total of 124 square meters of space for 3 senior citizens. You rent one of the unfurnished rooms with 22 sqm and share with 2 other residents not only the bathroom and the large, fully equipped kitchen, but also a spacious hallway and a large, comfortably furnished living-dining room as a communal area where you can spend your days and evenings together. 2 further unfurnished shared rooms, each measuring 13 square meters, are also available to rent for 690 euros warm rent each.

The historic building with the name "Bergschloss" is located in a quiet upscale residential area in the "Annaberg" district, approx. 15-20 minutes' walk from Baden-Baden's old town center with all its sights, parks, shopping facilities, doctors, cafés & restaurants, or 10 minutes by bus, which stops directly in front of the house. The famous Caracalla thermal baths are also only a 15-minute walk away and the Black Forest surrounding the town offers countless walking and hiking trails.
