We are a student residence with furnished single rooms, shared bathrooms and kitchens, as well as individual apartments with their own shower room and kitchenette.
The rental prices include all operating and heating costs:
Single room: 375 EUR /month
Large room with kitchenette and shared bathroom: 599 EUR/month
Apartments incl. kitchenette and private bathroom: from 650 EUR/month.

A deposit of 2 months' rent - 700-1500 EUR - is due before the start of the tenancy.
The rental period starts immediately or later.

The property is located in a lively residential area in Berlin Charlottenburg not far from the Lietzensee. Bus lines 309, M49 and X34, the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and the Sophie-Charlotte-Platz U-Bahn station are close by, connecting you to regional and national destinations. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants, cafés, doctors, two bakeries and two shopping centers. There are also various gyms, bars, bookshops, fashion stores and green spaces and parks within easy reach.
