Detached house in a quiet location

The detached house was built in 1993 in solid construction. The first floor currently houses the cozy kitchen, a utility room with boiler room, a bedroom and the living room with adjoining conservatory (underfloor heating). From there you have direct access to the terrace with a view of the property. Another terrace in the middle of the property invites you to relax. On the lower floor, the parquet flooring in the living room was sanded and waxed in 2012. The room is in need of renovation. New parquet flooring was laid in the bedroom in 2021. There is a walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom. The wooden staircase upstairs could use a refurbishment.
On the upper floor, a bathtub has been installed in the bathroom. There are 4 more rooms. One room was used as an office/craft room. A small washbasin has been installed there. Before 2012 there was a small kitchen. The other 3 rooms were used as children's rooms. They are bright and cozy.

Jördenstorf is located in the district of Rostock between Teterow and Gnoien. A new school is currently being built in Jördenstorf. There is a daycare center, doctors, physiotherapy, hairdressers, ATMs and a bakery. There is a shop in neighboring Groß-Wüstenfelde.
