As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be enchanted by the view of Bad Herrenalb and the Black Forest, which you can enjoy from every room thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is quiet and offers an oasis of calm after a long day. The apartment is very sunny. In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast on the east-facing terrace while listening to the birds and the forest. On a summer's day, the south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe. And in the evening you can wind down the day from the west terrace and watch the sunset.

In bad weather, you can use the conservatory, which is large enough for parties of up to 20 people. In winter, it would be ideal for protecting the patio plants. All the windows are sliding, so you can feel like you're outside in the fresh air even when it's raining.

The building has its own swimming pool, which can be used every day until 10 pm. It is particularly popular with guests and a strong attraction for tourists if you want to rent out the penthouse as a vacation apartment.
