Location
The village of Stubben belongs to the municipality of Neuengörs (Bad Segeberg district, Hamburg metropolitan region) and is idyllically surrounded by forests and fields. With its approx. 800 inhabitants, the municipality is located approx. 8 km south-east of Bad Segeberg and offers sufficient recreational opportunities with its quiet and natural location. Neuengörs has a very good elementary school with an all-day care option and two kindergartens. Thanks to its proximity to Bad Segeberg, shopping and amenities are within easy reach. All types of schools are also represented in Bad Segeberg.
There are connections to the HVV transport network and the railroad in Altengörs and Reinfeld.
There are plenty of clubs and associations in the area.
Infrastructure towards Hamburg and Lübeck: Very good highway connections, the property is located in the triangle between the A1, A20 and A21. The outskirts of Hamburg can be reached in just over half an hour by car, as can the Baltic Sea in Scharbeutz, and Lübeck is quicker. From Reinfeld station, you can commute twice an hour to Lübeck or Hamburg (approx. 30 minutes to the main station). There are a few farms with horses in the village. Nice neighborhood and village community.
