three-family house in private ownership in the third generation.

The bright stairwell with windows is spacious and very easy to access.
In late summer 2018, the exterior façade of the residential building was completely repainted and the window frames were given a contrasting color. The façade now shines in an appealing white - elegantly set off in a shade of gray.
The old town / city center with the city gallery of Hameln as well as the weekly market can be reached on foot in approx. 8-10 minutes.
The residential building is located in a quiet, good residential area and is characterized by detached and terraced houses as well as small residential complexes.

Location
Hameln (approx. 60,000 inhabitants) is a lively district town surrounded by a lot of forest (Klüt) and water (Weser) and is famous for the Pied Piper and the annual performances of the "Pied Piper Games" and various events in Hameln.
Many tourists visit the Pied Piper town in spring and summer.
With the Weser fleet, you can experience a leisurely excursion on the Weser by boat.
Hamelin is a small town with a beautiful historic town center with a pedestrian zone, cafés and pubs.
Walking paths right next to the Weser are ideal for cycling, jogging, skating or similar leisure activities. The Weser is also ideal for canoeing and excursions....
Very good public transport connections as well as highway connections (A1 -Dortmund-Hannover) and expressways.
There is also a very good S-Bahn connection from Hameln station to Hanover main station.
All shopping facilities for daily needs, the town hall, the city center and the weekly market are within walking distance, as are schools, kindergartens and public transport.
