An ideal facility for small (animal) medical practices, tax consultants, lawyers, estate agents or start-ups and small businesses - a furnished office (or, as before, a practice) consisting of 6 modular containers that are permanently connected to each other at the location (i.e. cannot be used individually). Each module measures 7.5m x 2.99m - i.e. a total floor space of 135 square meters. The first two modules contain a technical room with a separate entrance, the reception area, a WC and a reception desk, as well as two smaller rooms. The two adjoining modules house two large (treatment) rooms, followed by the last two modules with two further (smaller) rooms and a social room. The property was used as a veterinary practice until recently and has the necessary (kitchen) furniture, which is very well maintained and of high quality. In addition to the entrance counter, there are a total of 5 work areas with permanently installed kitchen units. Each area is equipped with granite surfaces in the work area. There are 4 sinks in these areas. A high-quality kitchen (incl. sink, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove) is also installed in the existing social area. The social area has its own entrance. The property is heated by electric radiators. Hot water is generated by instantaneous water heaters. Air conditioning is available in the entrance area and one of the large treatment areas, which can easily be extended (and could also be used as heating). The entire furnishings are of high quality and in very good condition. Some of the ceilings are suspended with Odenwalde elements, making further installations possible without any problems. The floor is made of glued vinyl and is in good condition. There are connections for a washing machine. All windows have blinds.

The modules can be easily separated electrically and sanitary for transportation. The seals between the individual module parts were replaced at the end of 2024, as they were moved at this time. The modules and furnishings were purchased in 2017 and are now being disposed of due to a new building. We are happy to assist with the planning and logistics of relocation to a new location; connection plans for the foundations and subsoil are available. However, the system is sold "where it stands".

The modules must be removed within 30 days of payment of the purchase price.
