Thirty-five terraced houses were built in 1954 on a relatively small plot and accessed via a cul-de-sac, and their residents have always been characterized by their good grounding and strong sense of community. It was always somewhere else!

Twice a year, it hosts the Nienstedten fair, a very traditional and highly analogous small folk festival. A kindergarten in the immediate vicinity, an elementary school 750 m away and the grammar schools in Blankenese or the Christianeum in Othmarschen, which are easily accessible by S-Bahn, offer a wide range of educational opportunities for children moving in and those who want to come.
