The house is located in a quiet side street in Paderborn, Schloß Neuhaus.
As a landlord-family we wish for harmony among the residents and in mutual cooperation. We want our special domestic peace to remain and continue with the new tenants.
We maintain good, often friendly contact with our tenants and are available to answer questions promptly by phone or WhatsApp.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Floor area of the apartment 33.25 sqm. Energy certificate class A 27.7.2022.
The daylight-filled living/bedroom impresses with its large window with door to the balcony. This beautiful apartment is very bright and ideal for one person to feel at home.
On the kitchen wall there is a tiled mirror and the necessary connections, but no kitchen furniture.
Our apartment has been extensively renovated. The low-noise vinyl laminate flooring, which is pleasant underfoot, is new and all doors, walls and ceilings have been freshly painted.
The offer includes a separate storage room in the basement as well as a washing and drying room used by all tenants in the building and an additional bicycle cellar.
We are happy to let on a long-term basis and expect quiet and tidy tenants in permanent employment.

The idyllic castle park is within walking distance (7 min.).
In 10 to 15 minutes you are in the countryside or on the water.
A nearby forest can be reached in 7 minutes.
The Lippesee is a worthwhile 30-minute walk. You can also simply take the bus there.
Various doctors can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes, a larger bus parking lot in 7 minutes and the bus connection to Paderborn in 2 minutes.
Netto is 3 minutes away, REWE and ALDI about 7 minutes, the train station is 10 minutes away. Churches are within walking distance of 4 to 7 minutes. Schools can be reached in 7 to 12 minutes. There are three kindergartens, one of which is near the forest.
